Job Description

Clinic Hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; Seeking Advanced Practice RN or Physician Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least two years NP or PA experience in medical oncology required. Will be working closely Medical Oncologist/Hematologist.

EDUCATION

Nurse Practitioner :

Minimum-MSN in related field of work.

Physician Assistant:

Minimum- PA-C, or equivalent.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

Nurse Practitioner:

Minimum- Registered Nurse Licensure from the state of Indiana; Nurse Practitioner certification, BLS required.

Physician Assistant:

Minimum- Physician Assistant Licensure from the State of Indiana; National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification; BLS required.
