FT Registered Nurse Ownership:

100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company , our nurses have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced nursing care. Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure:

Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certifications:

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Experience:

Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
