Responsibilities include:
providing specialized patient care in a stepdown/IMC setting, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.Qualifications:
valid RN license, experience in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units, strong clinical skills, and ability to work independently.Skills:
excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.Key duties:
