RN Details Essential Job Duties:
Assessment:
Conducts thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and discharge planning considerations.Planning:
Collaborates on care plans, engages patients/families in goal setting.Implementation:
Assists with patient care, respects rights, responds to emergencies, and educates patients.Evaluation:
Applies rationale based on principles and seeks help to prevent errors.Professional Conduct:
Demonstrates knowledge, maintains self-evaluation, follows policies, and participates in education and goal setting.Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program Must have active IN RN license Must have active BLS certification with AHA RN experience preferredLicense/Certification:
