This contract role, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of May, offers a chance to have a tangible impact on student health and well-being as the academic year concludes. With a consistent weekday schedule totaling 28.5 hours weekly, youll work closely with the high school community, addressing a diverse caseload and supporting both students and staff with expert care and guidance.

Key Qualifications:

Current active Indiana RN license Experience providing nursing care, preferably in a school or pediatric setting Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage students, families, and staff Exceptional organizational skills to manage caseload effectively and maintain records Ability to respond quickly to health concerns and adapt to a dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to high school students, including health assessments, first aid, and medication administration Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop health plans and promote student safety Maintain accurate and confidential health records Communicate proactively with parents/guardians about student health needs and education Participate in creating a healthy school culture through education and awareness initiatives This role offers highly competitive compensation between $38-45 per hour, paid weekly for your convenience.
