Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Contract | Skilled Nursing Facility | Winamac, IN Staffing Strategies is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide consistent weekend coverage at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Winamac, Indiana . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for premium weekend hours while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents. Schedule Weekend Contract Position Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 24 hours per weekend Consistent, ongoing weekend schedule Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered. Document resident care accurately and timely in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and the interdisciplinary care team. Respond to changes in resident condition and provide appropriate clinical interventions. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting quality resident care. Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Indiana RN license (or Compact RN License) Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or hospital experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation $50.00 - $55.00 per hour (based on experience) Weekly pay Consistent weekend schedule Long-term contract opportunity Why Join Staffing Strategies?
