Job Description
Oakview Estates Nurse Residential Care Coordinator will be responsible for management of daily resident care, updating health plans and supervising caregiving staff (with the assistance of the facility administrator/operator). The Residential Care Coordinator maintains close contact with residents, families and medical providers about any clinical needs or changes. Key responsibilities include care planning, staff supervision and family communication.
