Our healthcare partner is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in a critical access hospital setting. This role offers the unique opportunity to work both in Med Surg and the Emergency Room, providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse needs. As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing patient care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you may float between Med Surg and ER based on patient needs. Provide direct patient care in both Med Surg and Emergency Room settings Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Athena EMR Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Need 1 year experience in setting Current KS state or multistate RN license required BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA)
