00/hr Full benefits package available Sign-on bonus: Not offered at this time Relocation assistance available Pay package discussed upon application What You'll Do Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress signals Assist with childbirth procedures and neonatal resuscitations as needed Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient information accurately and timely Educate new mothers on postpartum care and newborn needs Ensure compliance with hospital and safety protocols What You Need Kansas RN licensure (or obvious eligibility) BLS certification completed within two weeks of start date
ACLS, NRP, PALS, FHM
certifications (training provided if necessary, within designated timeframes) Previous labor and delivery experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a respected hospital in Great Bend, Kansas, providing essential maternal health services.
