Sign-On Bonus Hourly Range:
$27.00 - $37.00 Heartland Community Health Center is seeking compassionate and team-oriented RNs to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting. Position Responsibilities Include:
Patient triage and education Medication and immunization administration Assisting providers with patient care and clinic flow Care coordination for chronic illness patients Supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary teams Laboratory testing and documentation Assisting with daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
Active Kansas RN license Current BLS certification Ambulatory care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday Clinic hours range from 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Mond-Thurs) and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fridays as needed
