As a Circulator RN , you'll be an essential member of the surgical team, coordinating patient care throughout the perioperative experience and serving as the primary patient advocate in the operating room. Working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff, you'll help ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and quality. Your Impact as a Circulator RN As a Circulator RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the operative process. Ensure proper operating room preparation, equipment availability, and adherence to sterile technique. Monitor patient safety, comfort, and positioning throughout procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members. Support efficient case flow while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care. Final compensation is competitive and based on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.

Monday-Friday | Four 9.5-hour shifts per week | No weekends

Experience:

Minimum of one year of circulating/surgical nursing experience preferred.
