Responsibilities include:
Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the operative process. Ensure proper operating room preparation, equipment availability, and adherence to sterile technique. Monitor patient safety, comfort, and positioning throughout procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
