- This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized nursing care to medical and surgical patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Candidates will work in units with a manageable patient ratio, allowing for meaningful patient relationships. - Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Adhere to professional standards and state regulations
- Work within a maximum 6:1 patient to nurse ratio
- Build relationships with patients through personalized care
