Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical nursing team in Salina, Kansas. This full-time opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs who meet the licensing and certification requirements. The RN will provide direct nursing care to medical and surgical patients while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications Required:

Associate degree in Nursing or higher Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas OR a valid multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Current Basic Life Support certification through one of the following: American Heart Association (AHA BLS) American Red Cross (ARC BLS) New graduate Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to medical and surgical patients Perform patient assessments and identify nursing care needs Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans Monitor patient conditions and evaluate responses to treatment Administer nursing interventions according to established clinical standards Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Follow applicable professional nursing standards and state regulations Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Educate patients and families regarding treatment and ongoing care Provide personalized, patient-centered nursing care Participate in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment The unit operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio of up to 6:1 , depending on patient and operational needs.
