Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the surgical board to ensure efficient scheduling of surgeries. Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to facilitate patient care. Monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within the surgery department. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the surgical unit. Provide training and support to staff to maintain standards of care.
