- Job Summary and Qualifications
- A member of the Oncology team assumes primary responsibilities for designing, planning, developing, providing, and evaluating the Oncology programs' performance standards based upon the Commission on Cancer, and other Accrediting boards' recommendations for quality as it relates to maintaining Oncology Accreditations.
- What qualifications you will need:
- Required Registration, Licensure or Certification
- + •Current Licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Current Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse•Required Education or Experience•+ •Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing•Preferred Education or Experience•+ •Provider relations•+ •Program management or program development•+ •Experience in Radiology, or Oncology•+ •Required Knowledge and Skills•+ •Computer skills•+ •Clinical knowledge appropriate to Oncology•+ •Medical Terminology•+ •Ability to relate and communicate with all levels of personnel/vendors/clients•Preferred Knowledge and Skills•+ •Clinical nursing experience in Oncology related clinical areas•+ •Knowledge of Tumors and Different Cancer Types.
