Job Description
Crisis Diversion Services Registered Nurse- This position will provide nursing services within the agency Crisis Diversion department and serve as a liaison to community partners with whom we share patients. Primary duties include providing medical assessments, refills and injections under the direction of a physician, charting in an electronic health record and providing medication set-up/monitoring/coaching in both office and community settings. Applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for Registered Nursing licensure in Kansas. Starting wage is $59,488/year.
