Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current and active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent stepdown or progressive care experience Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Solid understanding of cardiac rhythms, drips, and monitoring equipment Adaptability and strong critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
