Ridgewood Terrace a Concord Health Systems facility is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status Position Summary We are seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, allowing nurses to find a schedule that fits their needs while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. Full and Part Time Availability Essential Duties Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR) Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care Assist with care planning and follow established care plans Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and position (LPN or RN) Shift differential available for nights and weekends Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance (full-time) Paid time off and available benefits package Stable employment with a locally family-owned organization Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Supportive leadership team and consistent staffing About Us We are a locally family-owned nursing home group committed to serving our community with integrity and compassion.
