As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse with at least two years of ER experience, youll work in a 31-bed department with an average daily patient volume of 78. This setting supports a broad age range, from infants to older adults, with a patient mix that will strengthen your triage and acute care experience. Youll encounter diverse workplace practices, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and build your resume with cases ranging from trauma and sepsis to advanced cardiac and respiratory emergencies.
Schedule/Hours:
Shifts:
Days (0700-1900), Mids (1100-2300), Nights (1900-0700) Weekend rotation every third weekend Holiday assignments on rotation Manager-scheduled, 6-week cycles provided a month in advance
Your Qualifications:
Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (any trauma level) Skilled in IV starts, inserting foleys/NG tubes, neuro assessments, critical care, triage, moderate sedation, pressors, cardiac drips, codes Adaptable, collaborates well with multidisciplinary teams, confident leading by example Cerner experience preferred

Deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages with a range of complex diagnoses Perform triage, rapid assessments, initiate advanced interventions, respond to codes Collaborate with providers, charge nurses, and other support services in a fast-paced environment
