Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg Tele experience Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in high-acuity environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care on the Med Surg unit Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor progress, and promptly report changes Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care accurately Support patient education initiatives and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in patient records
