Schedule/Hours:

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Alternating weekends required 36/48 schedule over each two-week pay period

What You'll Bring:

Active RN license for Kentucky or a compact state At least 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry

AHA BLS, AHA

ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification Proficiency with Meditech EMR Willingness and ability to float within your scope of practice Valid driver's license Residency at least 75 miles from the facility Strong adaptability and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 1:5/1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios in a dynamic setting that may fluctuate Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population Accurately document patient information using Meditech EMR Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in bi-weekly orientation and ongoing professional development Flexibly adapt to changing census and staffing needs
