Schedule/Hours 12-hour shifts: 6:30am-7:00pm or 6:30pm-7:00am Weekend rotation: Every third Holiday rotation: Assigned one of paired holidays Schedule cycle: Every 6 weeks Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of RN experience BLS and NIHSS certifications required Proficiency in trach care, vents, BiPAP/CPAP, IVs, PICC, central lines, wound care, bowel programs, TPN, drains/tubes, G-tube/Peg-tube, pulmonary patients Comfortable with adult mixed acuity/specialty patients Open to first-time travelers (with manager approval) Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Plum 360 IV pumps is a plus Duties Manage a 1:6-7 patient ratio Care for patients with TBI, SCI, CVA, amputations, burns, and multi-trauma Oversee advanced care and rehab needs Collaborate with a robust team: MDs, NPs, PT/OT/ST, CNA, phlebotomy, and support staff Float within the scope, excluding pediatrics Benefits and Perks Tax-advantaged stipends to maximize your travel pay Comprehensive travel and relocation assistance Premium compensation for your in-demand skills Full healthcare coverage, 401(k), and job security Free parking (badge-access garage) and a supportive orientation process Expand your experience in a setting known for professional development Transform your nursing career while exploring new places and making a genuine impact.
