Key Qualifications:

Active RN license (Kentucky or compact state) Minimum one year of recent experience in a Stepdown unit (SDU/IMCU) BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Adaptability to fast-paced environments and diverse healthcare teams

Primary Responsibilities:
