Night Shift | 7:00 PM-7:30 AM Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse Requirements Active Kentucky RN license or applicable compact-state privilege. At least two years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience. Specialty-specific clinical experience required. Facility-required certifications must be current before starting. Experience using electronic health records and medication administration systems. Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. About the Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse Role Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a per-diem, six-month assignment at Bluegrass Community Hospital in Versailles, KY. Assess patients and monitor changes in their conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and treatment responses. Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Operate IV pumps, patient-monitoring equipment, mobility aids, and other clinical equipment.
