13-Week Contract Schedule Information Night shift 7:00 PM-7:30 AM 13-week assignment RN - Med/Surg Requirements At least two years of recent acute-care or medical-surgical nursing experience Strong patient-assessment and clinical decision-making skills Experience administering medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patients' conditions Strong clinical documentation and patient-education skills Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients during the night shift. Complete patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Recognize and respond to changes in patients' conditions. Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments. Develop, maintain, and update nursing care plans. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Follow facility procedures and nursing standards.
