Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to emergencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about treatments and procedures. Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

What You Need Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Minimum 2 years of current nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or cardiac care Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare software Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
