$67.00 Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care for cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures in a high-acuity Cath Lab setting Serve in multiple roles including circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing during complex interventional procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, PCI, etc.) Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, ensuring sterile technique and adherence to safety protocols Support hemodynamic monitoring and critical patient assessments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes Float between facilities as needed, including Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier, with coverage for specialized cases atWKMC North What You Need Required:
Valid RN license with California or state-specific credentialsBLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications 3+ years RN experience with significant Cath Lab exposure Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex cases Experience with vascular, structural, and interventional procedures Valid driver's license to float between facilitiesPreferred:
Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy atherectomy Prior experience in cardiac cath labs performing TAVR, MitraClip, CTO procedures About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Shreveport, LA, supporting a specialized cardiac catheterization lab dedicated to complex interventions. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering excellent patient care, utilizing advanced equipment like Philips imaging systems and Merge hemodynamic monitors, in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. Orientation includes one week at the Innovation Center, with up to one-week precepting.
