Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide direct patient care for diverse medical and surgical cases, including stroke, cardiac, and post-surgical patients Monitor and manage titratable IV medications such as Cardene, Cardizem, Insulin, Heparin, Neo, Levophed (manager approval required for some) Support patient assessments and interventions with appropriate documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR Assist with chest tube management, tracheostomy care, and lumbar CSF drains (preferred) Perform patient assessments and support unit operations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines, including in-house support services like phlebotomy and RT Work scheduled weekends on a rotating basis and participate in holiday coverage as required What You Need Current Louisiana RN license or ability to obtain Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care RN experienceBLS, ACLS, NIH
