Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification reimbursements when applicable Travel and other reimbursements (if applicable) What You'll Do Manage and monitor patients in labor, providing expert nursing care Attend and assist with deliveries, ensuring safety and comfort for mother and baby Circulate during cesarean sections and other procedures with precision and professionalism Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record, including Epic system use Respond promptly to patient needs, adjusting care as conditions change Support patients and families through labor and delivery process, offering reassurance and education What You Need Valid Louisiana RN license (or be eligible to obtain) A minimum of 3 years of labor & delivery nursing experience

Certifications:
