$61.10/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions before, during, and after surgery Collaborate with surgical teams, surgeons, and anesthesia providers to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Manage and delegate tasks within the multidisciplinary team effectively Document all patient interactions and procedures in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols Respond swiftly and effectively in emergencies, utilizing ACLS and PALS as needed What You Need Current RN license in Louisiana BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association Previous OR or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail About the Assignment This assignment is located in a reputable healthcare facility in Jennings, Louisiana, specializing in perioperative care.
