1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a NICU night shift position requiring Epic experience and either 3 years of NICU experience for first-time travelers or 2 years for experienced travelers. Details NICU setting with an average daily census of 30 Patient ratio of 1:3 Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 18:45-7:15) Floating required to Mother Baby and Peds units Weekend coverage required every other weekend Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active RN license (LA or Compact) currently in hand Current BLS and NRP certifications required (must be AHA) 3 years of NICU experience required for first-time travelers 2 years of NICU experience required for previous travelers Additional Information May be assigned to an Emergency Team during facility emergency events, requiring the traveler to remain onsite until the event passes or a relief team arrives First-time travelers are welcome to apply with the required experience Must reside 65+ miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted
