Medical-Surgical Job Summary:

This facility is seeking a Per Diem/PRN Med-Surg RN to provide safe, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of acute medical and surgical conditions. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor vital signs and labs, develop and implement care plans, provide patient education, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' conditions and clinical status Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments Monitor vital signs, labs, and changes in patient condition Develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Provide patient and family education e and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Deliver safe, efficient care in a fast-paced hospital environmentMaintain accurat

Requirements:

Active Louisiana or Compact RN license Current BLS certification Recent acute-care/inpatient Med-Surg experience
