Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time & licensure/reimbursement support Travel and other reimbursements when applicable Pay package discussed upon application What You'll Do Provide expert care for neonatal patients in a Level III Neonatal ICU Administer high alert medications, IV drips, and ventilator management Manage central lines and RAMs procedures Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor patient status using Epic EMR system and respond promptly to patient needs Support families of neonatal patients through education and compassionate care Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana or able to obtain 2+ years of RN experience in NICU or neonatal critical care Epic EMR experience
Certifications:
BLS, NRP, STABLE
Ability to work night shifts for a 12-hour schedule
Preferred:
