What You Need Required:
Louisiana nursing license or compact license BLS, NRP, and CPI certifications Minimum of 2 years neonatal or pediatric RN experience Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred:
Experience working in NICU and newborn nurseries Flexibility to work holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Ability to respond to emergency team assignments and stay until event passes About the Assignment This position is based in a busy Neonatal ICU and nursery unit that manages both high-risk deliveries and routine newborn care. Your responsibilities will include attending high-risk deliveries, conducting testing, and managing diagnoses for NICU and Wellbaby wards. The unit is committed to providing exceptional neonatal services, and your expertise will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes.
