Schedule:

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) Every other weekend required Holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

RN license (current and unencumbered) Strong med-surg background with proven assessment skills Telemetry rhythm interpretation proficiency

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS

Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities Dependable, positive, and flexible approach

Responsibilities:

Care for patients in a 36-bed unit with a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio Perform procedures such as PICC line, vas cath, and temp cath removal Utilize advanced technology (telemetry, Dynamaps, bladder scanner) Maintain exceptional patient experience with hourly rounds and bedside shift reports Document all care in Meditech Float to other units as needed
