As our Nurse / TMS Coordinator, you'll be fully trained and certified to deliver NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under physician supervision. This is a flexible hourly position primarily focused on delivering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatments and coordinating the administrative aspects of our TMS program. This role is ideal for a caring, detail-oriented individual who enjoys both clinical precision and meaningful patient interaction. Key Responsibilities Safely and accurately administer NeuroStar TMS treatments according to established protocols. Monitor and ensure patient safety, comfort, and engagement during each session. Document treatments accurately in our electronic health record. Observe and report any side effects or unusual responses. Coordinate TMS scheduling and help patients remain on track with their treatment course. Communicate with the clinical team regarding treatment-related concerns and scheduling needs. Obtain and organize clinical information needed for prior authorization, including previous medication trials and psychotherapy history. Complete and coordinate insurance prior authorizations for TMS. Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and equipment. Build rapport and provide a professional, supportive experience for patients throughout their TMS treatment course. Assist with patient intake, education, and general clinic flow as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Proficient with computers and basic documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients during treatment CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small clinical team. Interest in mental health and/or innovative psychiatric treatments is a plus. TMS experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
