Provide patient care for individuals with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and post-surgical conditions on PCU units Manage and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and vasopressors (e.g., Amiodarone, Dopamine, Levophed) Monitor and manage central lines, chest tubes, drains, and wound care Conduct assessments, administer medications, and ensure patient safety and comfort Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hospitalists and support staff Assist with procedures such as venous sheath management and pacemaker troubleshootingWhat You Need:
Valid RN license in Louisiana or valid license in state of residence with eligibility to practice in Louisiana Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience in a PCU or stepdown settingBLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to deployment Strong cardiac and general patient care skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About theAssignment:
