$50.25/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per legal requirements) Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement allowances What You'll Do Provide high-quality care for patients on Cardiac Stepdown and Medical PCU units Manage cardiac drips, insulin, vasopressors, and other IV medications Clip and manage venous sheaths, temporary pacemakers, and TR Bands Monitor and respond to patient needs related to respiratory failure, CVA, DKA, Sepsis, and post-surgical care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support staff and hospitalists Document patient care accurately using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse) Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12-hour shifts in a dynamic environment

What You Need Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate compact state 2 years of recent PCU or comparable experience

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

certifications Ability to pass an EKG competency test Skills in titrating cardiac and vasopressor medications, managing IV lines, and wound care

Preferred:
