The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems . Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while adhering to aseptic techniques. Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document patient care activities accurately and efficiently. Coordinate diagnostic evaluations including laboratory tests, specimen collection/processing, sonography, mammography, and medical imaging procedures.
