OVERVIEW

Join our client's team as a compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse on a travel assignment at our client's location. In this role, you will deliver inclusive, patient-centered care throughout the childbirth experience while supporting families with empathy and clinical excellence. What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for birthing patients and newborns
• Administer medications safely and monitor responses; document accurately in electronic health records
• Serve as a resource for staff onboarding, education, and nursing informatics
• Function as charge nurse as needed, ensuring safe staffing, clear communication, and smooth patient flow
• Uphold infection prevention and blood/body fluid safety policies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and support evidence-based practice
• Champion a welcoming environment that honors diverse backgrounds, identities, and family structures Schedule and assignment details:
• 14-week travel contract
• Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m
• 7:30 a.m.), 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend; rotating holidays
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week What you'll bring:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Recent OB/L&D experience within the past 2 years
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP current; Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring course maintained per guidelines
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning
