•Correctional Facility Billerica, MA Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected correctional facility in Billerica, Massachusetts , to hire experienced a Registered Nurse (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time contract opportunities. Candidates must have prior correctional nursing experience.

•11:00 PM Overtime is only available in emergency situations and must be approved by the supervisor.

Compensation Local Rate:

$60/hour RN, $48/hour

LPN Travel Package:

Up to $2,650/week RN, $2050/week LPN Responsibilities Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Perform intake screenings, triage assessments, and ongoing nursing evaluations Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate clinical care Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, mental health staff, and multidisciplinary teams Provide wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and treatment plans Ensure compliance with correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and security requirements Promote a safe, therapeutic, and professional healthcare environment Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license (or proof of application) Minimum of 1 year of correctional healthcare experience Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience in emergency response, medication administration, and patient assessment preferred Apply Today For more information or to apply, please contact: Steph Kolanko Recruiter II, Government Services 781-400-8297 Amergis Healthcare Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
