Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Straight nights Every other holiday required Every other weekend required
What You'll Need:
Active RN license 1+ years of travel nursing experience Previous ICU experience required Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing patient needs in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement effective treatment strategies Accurately document patient information and respond effectively to emergencies or changes in patient condition Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professional practice
