Schedule/Hours:
12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. 36 hours/week Every other weekend required Every other holiday required
Qualifications:
RN, with active state licensure At least 3 years of inpatient surgery nursing experience Level 1 trauma and trauma surgery experience required BLS certification Proficient in at least 5 operating room service lines Demonstrates excellent communication, adaptability, and a positive outlook
Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of challenging surgical cases Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and support teams in a fast-paced trauma environment Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques Deliver compassionate perioperative care in high-pressure situations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
