Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license (MA or compact state) BLS and ACLS certification required Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in Electrophysiology nursing Experience assisting with EP lab procedures including device implants, ablations, and cardiac monitoring Familiarity with EP studies and related equipment Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative clinical settings
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care during EP procedures, monitoring patient condition and vital signs Prepare patients and assist physicians with intricate electrophysiology studies and interventions Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and ongoing care needs Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
