Performance bonuses, wellness programs, and weekly pay Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all clinical aspects and clinical care-staff for assigned business Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery Administer medications, IV infusions , and treatments as prescribed Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals Requirements Active RN license (required) CPR (required)
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
