Position Details:
Part-time nursing home opportunity at 0.5 FTE. Join a dedicated team providing high-quality care through our nursing home program Our division includes eight geriatric physicians and a team of skilled nurse practitioners. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and work hours, supporting an excellent work-life balance. You will use the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system. The position carries a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications, and commitment to teaching responsibilities.Call schedule:
1:8, telephone-only; first call is covered by nurse practitioners.Qualifications:
BC/BE in Internal or Family medicine, with preferred experience in Geriatrics or nursing home care Qualified candidates will possess excellent clinical and communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving CHA's diverse and deserving patient population. Previous experience in an academic safety net system is a plus. CHA offers a competitive compensation plan, including a guaranteed base salary plus production incentive. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health/dental/life/disability insurance, generous paid time off, CME time and dollars, and more.
