Job Summary 3-5 Years of RN Strongly Preferred Pediatric and Acute Experience Preferred. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Allergy Nurse to join our dynamic, fast-paced clinical team. This role involves providing specialized care to pediatric patients with allergic and immunologic conditions across multiple satellite locations.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct oral food challenges and drug challenges Perform skin prick and intradermal allergy testing Administer biologic therapies and monitor patient response Manage environmental allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy treatments Provide comprehensive patient and family education Perform phone triage and address patient and parent concerns Complete prior authorizations and assist with care coordinationKey Skills:
Strong clinical skills in acute pediatric nursing preferred Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based, and fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detailAdditional Requirements:
