Qualifications:

Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience as a school nurse or with pediatric populations preferred Competency in 1:1 pediatric care, catheterization, and providing mobility/transportation support Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills

Responsibilities:

Work full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00am-3:00pm, for the full academic year (starting Sept 2, 2026) Deliver individualized nursing care to a high school female student with specific medical needs Assist with catheterization, support mobility and transportation, and monitor health throughout the school day Collaborate with educators, families, and medical professionals
