Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager. Coverage needs in the Norwood, Westwood, Dover, Dedham ad Needham MA areas. Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (guaranteed) No weekends or holidays required Highly competitive pay rates + mileage reimbursement 13 week contracts (possible to extend/convert to perm) The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides. Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
