FootCare by Nurses is a rapidly growing company that covers all of western Massachusetts. We are currently cover all four counties of Western Massachusetts, Worcester county, and all of Cape Cod, and parts of northern Connecticut. We are looking for exceptional nurses to join our visiting nursing team. 18-24 hours per week to start The ideal candidate has: Homecare experience Experience working with older adults Critical thinking abilities Genuine curiosity and love of learning A flexible and focused problem-solving mindset Our mission is prevention and our passion is caring. Ours is a holistic practice with a primary focus on taking care of the feet of older adults to prevent pain, wounds, and falls from happening. Requirements:
Current nursing license Current driver's license Able to sit on the floor and work Familiar with technology; have a smartphone or tablet with a data plan. (We use apps on smartphones or tablets to communicate, schedule, and do our charting.) Comfortable using power tools (we will train!) Enjoy driving and working in a variety of settings Posted pay rate dependent on RN degree and certification. Pay increase upon certification. Incentive pay available. Bilingual a plus.
